How Does it work?
Create an account with your email address. This will be used to log in to the Lyfe Gym App and to reset passwords so make sure to use one you have access to.
Create a password that is secure and you can remember.
A confirmation email will be sent to you, please check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it within a minute.
Carefully review the liability waiver. Enter your name and sign in the white box. Then confirm your agreement.
If you are under 18 years old you will need to check the box and have a parent or guardian sign the liability waiver.
Review the membership options. Select your desired membership, then select activate. A payment window will open to enter your payment information. This is the payment method that will be charged monthly. Major credit cards, PayPal, and Venmo are accepted.
Please wait on this screen for your membership to be created. The green spinning icon in the top right corner will change back to a “x” when your membership is ready. This should only take 10-15 seconds.
Review the room schedule.
The top bar is the equipment selector, which will populate all the rooms with the equipment you selected. Any time slots that are already booked will appear greyed out. Available slots are white. As you selected rooms they will populate on the schedule bar on the left side of the screen. The time icons will remain white until you have completed booking. You can check out pictures of our facility if you want to see what the rooms look like.
Once you have completed making your selections you can select “Review” at the bottom of the screen to review your purchase.
Review the information for your selections then select “Confirm and Pay”. Then select your payment method for this purchase. Payment methods are stored for future use so you don’t have to re-enter for every purchase.
If you enrolled in the Best Lyfe Membership the first hour booked every day is included and your total will be $0, and only $1 for each 15 minute time slot beyond an hour. You will still need to select “Confirm and Pay” but no charge will be processed against your payment method.
Having a valid payment method associated with your account is part of our security checks.
The confirmation page lets you know the rooms are yours. You can also add the times reserved to your calendar at this point. We recommend adding them to block off your schedule and set a reminder.
When your room booking is ready an “Access Facility” button will appear on the bottom of the Lyfe Gym App schedule page. Select that button and your unlock screen will appear and your digital keys will be sent to your phone. The top key will unlock the front door to the facility, the bottom key will unlock the door to your private room. During your room reservation your phone is the only device that can unlock your room door.
You can access the facility up to one hour prior to your workout. We have a lobby and guest Wi-Fi for use during your visit.
*on your first visit when you attempt to open the unlock screen you will need to enter your phone number and a code will be texted to you. This only needs to be completed every 12 months or if you reinstall the Lyfe Gym App. Please ensure your phone number is correct or you will need to reinstall the Lyfe Gym App to trigger a code request. Once you confirm your phone number it is associated with your account, this is another part of our security checks.
** Please ensure you allow requested permissions so the Lyfe Gym App is capable of communicating with the door locks.
